      Flexible company with good perks

      Cons

      They have employees who are bullies. Their work place policies on this and equal opportunities are only lip service. It’s all talk but they fail to take action on culprits. Such a shame otherwise the company itself is good.

      Medium size company with offices in main insurance hubs which gives opportunity to grow, learn and interact with senior people internally and externally

      Cons

      Many internal changes over the past 10 years which is challenging internally and externally. US focused company - This could create a challenge for non US employee expanding of the state

      Pros

      Argo gave me the opportunity and the space to be entrepreneur in my thinking and strategy, innovative and offered me the flexibility to run a successful and profitable business. They highly supported me to build up a team of expertise and gave me the sustainable and strong brand to be able to service my clients and support their business.

      Cons

      Over my ten years working at Argo, I had seven different managers. Every year I had a change in my reporting line and hence I had to go through a new building of relationship and raise knowledge about my business. It takes a lot of efforts and time and I would prefer to invest this time to produce more profitable business.
