Argo was a very desirable place to work at up until Brookfield acquired them - now they are like every other company. They were flexible with their work arrangements which is very important to many people. As soon as Brookfield purchase them, one of the first things they did was implement a RTO policy 3x a week which was extremely difficult as many of us were hired as remote and live far away from an office. The company could care less about their employees. Many employees left due to this. This place is an absolute mess. Extremely unorganized.
