      Pros

      Flexibility with working environment and evolving technology tactics. Very busy - always something to do.

      Cons

      Many hours required to keep up. Leaders are not able to completely influence employee performance evaluations/promotion decisioning due to HR driving personal opinions and corporate "hearsay".

      Pros

      The culture is great and collaborative. I also appreciate that they have taken the time to make sure I am properly trained for my role before sending me out on my own. My co workers are friendly and helpful. The pay and benefits are highly competitive and the hours are more than reasonable.

      Cons

      Systems are a bit tough to use until you get used to them.
