Pros

Nothing other than you learn to tolerate the favoritism.

Cons

If your not an ex drug addict you won’t do well at this agency. Circle of friends from the CEO to the maintenance. Its run like a correctional facility. Full of bullies and people who have no care for anyone but themselves.

Management promotes favorites and usually people who used drugs are praised. While you have many others who are dedicated to giving 100%.

Pros

They provide opportunities for people of all ethnic and criminal backgrounds with the exception of sexual offenses.

Cons

People take advantage; especially upper management. With this company, it's not what you know, but WHO you know & what you can do for upper management. Everyone is expendable. The ones that are needed leave because of the laziness of upper management.
