We believe that we can best serve our employees by providing a wide range of benefits and policies that can be customized to suit each individual’s needs. This includes multiple medical and voluntary benefit options, paid time off, generous holiday schedules, and an employer 401(k) contribution. Our remote field teams are integral to being able to provide the best service and care to our residents. By being mobile in nature, our field teams can reach a wider span of individual residents as well as having the opportunity for each day to be unique and exciting. We appreciate your feedback. We are continuously look for ways to improve our employee benefit offerings, in addition to already providing higher than average holiday and paid time off policies. We currently offer multiple medical and voluntary benefit options which allows employees to select the policies that best suit their needs. We are excited that we were able to implement an employer 401(k) match earlier this year allowing us to further support our employees through every phase of their life.
