      A growing company with a lot of opportunity for upward mobility

      Pros

      The company is growing at a really fast rate so there is a lot of opportunity to take on tasks and projects to get promoted. The hours are flexible and there is work from home opportunity after you have been there 6 months in certain positions. Also you can really feel you are cared about as an individual and they strive their best to make their employees happy. 2 weeks PTO to start plus about 13 paid holidays including the week between Christmas and New Years. Overall I feel like a part of a team and my coworkers make coming to work everyday a pleasure.

      Cons

      With a lot of growth comes fast changes and sometimes high workload. Mostly growing pains but it's obvious everyone is doing their best.

      Pros

      Senior Dental Care is more than just a company I work for, they are a work family. They genuinely believe in the company's vision and values and try to start those values with the workplace environment. Being compassionate and caring, striving for excellence, and working together as a team.

      Cons

      Sometimes there isn't the best communication outside the offices with remote employees, but there has been active efforts to improve those processes.
