Pros

None- avoid at all costs

Cons

-Toxic work enviornment. - Toxic management. -Eliminates peoples job roles, then renames the role and replaces with someone incompetent. -Not enough doctors and ancillary staff to cover all of their facilities. Fabricates reasons to cancel provider visits in order to keep collecting insurance premiums. - Works doctors and office staff to death to cover for poor management. - Management is incompetent from the top down. No one has a clue as to what they are doing.

We're sorry to hear your experience with Aria was not a positive one. We take these concerns very seriously and regret that you felt this way during your time with us. Ensuring a positive work environment and effective management is a top priority for us, and we apologize for any distress you experienced. Please know that we do not take clinic cancellations lightly and make sure to adjust schedules to still provide care to our patients and facilities. If you have any additional concerns, please reach out to a member of the HR team or you may also submit a compliance report via Aria’s website. Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback.

Don’t do it

Pros

Great pay for the work you’re doing. You also get to meet wonderful patients along the way.

Cons

Low pay for long distance travel $1 per mile. They expect you to travel up to 3 hours away before they will consider paying for you a room to stay in. Health insurance is a joke and a rip off. Do not expect to have a life outside of your job. You literally leave your home drive a minimum of two hours or more one way then you have to turn around and go back home because they don’t want to pay for more than 3 nights a month usually. Then you get to to do your job of seeing 20 patients independently I might add in a matter of 4 hours tops. Then you get to do notes for 2 hours. Not to mention all the sterilization, ordering, and prepackaging everything you have to do. You are literally a dental office by yourself. So, on average you will be working 10+ hours a day. If you have a family i would say not to even bother with this. If you have all the time in the world and don’t have a problem spending every second of your day being consumed by their nonsense, then go for it. Another con is they will give you a wonderful review of your work and then turn around and let you go without warning. There’s no stability in this with a high turnover rate.

Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback. We appreciate your positive remarks about the pay and the patients you met. As our company is focused on providing ancillary care to residents at various facilities, travel is a necessary part of the role for our field staff, and we understand it can be challenging at times. Our flex time options help our clinical teams to maintain a positive work-life balance while not requiring a strict time when work can be completed. We are committed to addressing the concerns you raised about overall support for our field teams and will use your insights to make improvements for a better working environment for our teams. We wish you well in your future endeavors.
