Pros

Ariel Corporation is a great company to work for and the company culture is above expectations. Great insurance and profit sharing program. Work is steady and you don't have to worry about being laid off at anytime.

Cons

Very little room for professional growth. Ariel would rather hire people into positions than promote from within. The HR department runs the company and does so with an iron fist. Pay is much lower than industry standard for machinists, maintenance and production supervisor positions. The only increase after you are in the door is the yearly 3-4% increase, there are no merit or performance raises.
