Good culture of improvement. Lots of room the move based on skill. Company is active in the community. Actually very safety conscience.

Cons

HEAT! Buildings are poorly temperature controlled, temperature on the floor regularly exceeds 100 degrees in summer and rarely falls below 80 in winter everywhere except the breakrooms. Pay falls behind other fab shops, and benefits while decent struggle to makeup the difference. Overtime is so frequent that should schedule accounting for it.
