      Too many people "in charge"...

      Able to voice ideas and concerns... very close friend/family connection with co-workers who aren't "in charge"

      Cons

      Blame is passed onto others... no problems being solved - just lots of blame and miscommunication.

      Pros

      Plenty of overtime opportunities. Seems to be a typical factory experience. Work isn't hard, just monotonous. It's fine for a summer, but I couldn't work there forever.

      Cons

      Low pay for seasonal workers. Some of the co-workers are difficult to work with. Not a very friendly atmosphere It gets really hot in there, but that is typical for a factory setting.

      Pros

      Family owned, family culture, ownership cares about employees and the community. Employees have a voice in what happens and opportunities to do many different tasks. Great quality products you can take pride in.

      Cons

      It's a growing company with a lot of new people, it will take some time to sort that out. As the company grows there is some stress due to needed changes, but exciting at the same time.
