Done with work early in the day, lots of great coworkers, good company programs, more vacation time than most places offer.

Cons

Very little communication, tons of overtime, very hot work environment (worse than any other factory I've worked in), no work- life(family) balance, not very accommodating to health issues (including issues caused by the job), only 2 paid ten minute breaks (no half an hour lunch break), not much room for career or salary growth, team leads and management aren't very interested in taking care of or sticking up for their employees when a problem arises.
