Got on 1st shift day one with 3 weeks vacation.

Cons

The insurance has a very high deductible. The pay is on the low end The plant gets very hot in summer

A company that thinks of their people first, through good and bad times in business. First name basis with owners /managers.

Very seasonal business. Needs to continue to look for expanding to adjust for off seasons.
