Ariens Wholegoods in a great company. Dan Ariens is a great leader. Ariens offers average benefits, Flexible hours, employee purchase program. Meet some great co-workers.
Cons
Ariens Specialty Brands in the Janesville location is not going in a good direction. The upper management is very poor and do not know what direction to go or what they want to do. They do not listen to their employees, are exploring areas of business that are a huge risk to the overall business due to the degree of change. Feels like the culture is becoming a back stabbing culture here as they are eliminating positions to try to make up the budget gap.
