Pros

Overall Ariens is a great company to work for with employees that have a lot of passion. I really enjoy working here for that reason. I would also say they have fair pay compensation

Cons

Ariens company is very dependent on economy and weather. If the economy drops, snow doesn’t fall or droughts are seen sales suffer and furloughs occur. Overall they have to do what’s best for the company with ultimately results in staff reductions.

Pros

Test and manufacturing is onsite with design. Chances to evaluate products and make them better

Cons

WAY too many to list. Pay is poor, they lowball all offers to see what sticks. Managers care about themselves only. Way short staffed (especially now), where we have to work 50 hour weeks to keep afloat. Management doesn't allow engineering to fix design problems because it will take longer. Design partners are complete and utterly useless, but forced to work with them.
