Pros

Growing company with great people at the helm. Seem to be investing heavily in all departments. Very much focused on building the culture and celebrating the people who work for the company; HR seems to improve the working environment everyday.

Cons

Location of the HQ is a bit of a pain, but they have new offices in Janesville and Madison and have begun recruiting to those locations, which opens up a lot of opportunity for people.

Pros

Great people to work with that care about their contributions to the job. Family feel and you will meet the CEO when you are hired. Sets the tone for how you are treated as a part of the family.

Cons

Going through growing pains with all that entails. Would like to see a more focused approach to what areas to grow instead of the growth being all over the board and in areas that are not as profitable as other options.

The company had a great family feel and it was a wonderful place to work but recently they are going through a change and letting many good employees go that built that culture.

Cons

There isn't a feeling of stability with employee at Ariens any more. The company is in growth mode and they are forgetting about the culture that got them to where they are.
