      The people you work with are very friendly and helpful if you ask for help

      Cons

      Everything else. They don't plan ahead, zero tolerance for errors, the management doesn't have any loyalty towards their employees, you're also not compensated for any addition work you may do. All in all, it's not a good place to work.
