      -> Intelligent peers,amazing learning enivronment -> Comp is decent.

      Cons

      -> Too much work , managers expect a lot apart from your day to day, if you are not passionate about networking survival is hard. -> There Areview system is hard to understand and that decices the increments and bonus.
