The facility itself is unorganized and it seems like no one knows what is suppose to be happening. Admission's supervisor is negative and belittles the staff if they are not preforming up to "his" expectations. There's no "team" and it's not a positive environment. Your action's are micro managed down to the T and if anything were to happen he would gladly throw you under the bus. Not trust, no support, It's your messing up but I won't supply you with support and corrective action. No, I'll just talk down about you to other's and to your face. Aleast his boss is kind, positive, helpful and seems to truly care about the mission of Arista. Although it seems he also micro manages so that trait probably carry's from the top down.
