Accepts Medicaid and private insurance

Cons

If they “lay you off” they will lie to unemployment about your work history Will let you go if you are on FMLA Will not honor any agreements and will only give you half of your pay check Allows the building to operate with low staff Will have one nurse try to run two units at night putting clients at risk Profit over people

Pros

Helping clients get their “lives back” …return to themselves and support a monitored detox with medical aid and intervention when necessary. A lot of the staff are very invested and great to work with. It’s different than many nursing jobs and I’ve learned a lot from the Doctors and Providers who are wonderful!

Cons

Management is absent - they live in TX 2 - states away. When they are there they are lacking insight on daily operations and are not consistent or transparent with staff. Staff are not always treated equally Resources and staffing have been a constant struggle there’s a lot of turnover and HR is not as accessible or helpful as one wot hope.

Very slow Some of higher ups are located out of state so you don't see them very often
