Toxic culture with little accountability and innovation

Pros

The people who actually do the work

Cons

•Internal feedback mechanisms can be used against you. •Loyalty means nothing to them. Long tenured employees shown the door with bare minimum package. •Say one thing publicly about culture and values, do the opposite internally. •Innovation means copying what an other studio had the courage to produce once it's proven successful. •Big egos makes mistakes with zero accountability. •Red tape everywhere, can’t lift a finger without minimum three layers of management sign-off •Initiative is punished, not rewarded •Toxic culture disguised under warm DEI messaging and people first communication. Nobody actually cares as long as they keep their job and their little bit of power.
