      Pros

      * Great game cabinets and content * Good bonus * Good system products * Customer service with clients are top notch

      Cons

      * Horrible culture. No more celebrating huge wins. Pressure to do more, more, more. * No sincere thanks you for a job well done * Leadership is like the Game of Thrones episode. Very cut throat. This filters down to the subordinates * No one is happy. Do more with less. Sell more even if the product won't work and clients end up pulling it out. * Brooks is a horrible leader and so is Maureen. Brooks is sarcastic and mean. They are not people persons. They don't care about people they only care about the bottom line. $$$$$$$$$

      The middle managers and below work really hard. Really good team works amongst this level of managers.

      Cons

      Dealing with the slowing moving, short sighted, not on the same page Senior level executives. Have the head office is not helpful. All major players in the industry are US based.
