      Very Good place to work if you are not concerned with the type of work

      Pros

      Best place to work with.Flexible timings.Just need to complete 40 hrs a week(you can come 6 hrs for three days and 11 hrs next 2 days). Very good salary at the time of joining.Work life balance is very good.Peers are very friendly.Not much work if you work for 4hrs it is enough.Company spends lots of money on parties.A lot of outing is done every year including 3 day trip to some place .You will enjoy every moment spend here

      Cons

      Kind of work is poor.Can ruin your career.Becomes very difficult to change company as domain is very bad You can be fired any time without any reason. Firing is done almost every 6 months. nobody is spared.

      It caters a dynamic industry and thus, organization improvise on a frequent basis leading to a continuously changing environment and pose new challenge for same work. You get lot of time for family, friends and self.

      Monotonous Work. Limited options for different work within organization.

      Big Brand ... rest nothing is good

      Cons

      Team Head are really disgusting and believe in Politics.... They have focus in doing missive thing rather than a Qualitative delivery of the products. Only problem is that I saw they don't have strong process in place and because they hire people at their role and hiding things from the management. Hiring is completely scam. I heard from my friend they hired 30 people in a month and all were bogus and Fraud case. they dissolve 26 people team. Big Scam worst place.
