      The organisation is open to people with different skills and backgrounds proving their capability and progressing into diverse career streams. There are also international opportunities.

      Cons

      Can be very political at times with accountability lacking. At times more focus is invested in managing perceptions of competence rather than achieving actual outcomes which can be very frustrating.

      I find Aristocrat to be dynamic, team focused and innovation centric. I find the people here are very passionate about what they do.

      Cons

      This is a regulated industry which sometimes means approvals for games and cabinets can take some time.
