Pros

People that join that company seem to be flowing in a similar energy, which is great energy.

Cons

You can say that everything else is a con, very low salary, no structure, weak problem solving strategies

Revolving Door Of Bad VPs

Pros

It was a great place to work for a few years. If you are under the right department leader, ATI is a great place to work.

Cons

Several VPs and above, who have been fired or moved on, ran CXS into the ground. They did not have very much casino gaming experience, yet did not hesitate to micromanage everything. I went to HR to let them know I was being marginalized. The told me to wait it out and look for new roles in 2025. Just as I found a new team, new boss, new objectives, and felt good about everything…. I was laid off.

Great Culture

Recommend
CEO approval
Business Outlook

Pros

People first culture, was not just a punchline but an action and mindset from the leadership team down. From being compassionate during the difficult periods of the pandemic and business reorganisation to celebrating the numerous successes no matter how big or small. The leadership team mentored and coached outside of the programmes opening paths to success and driving over achievements.

Cons

As with any company that lives in the world of pioneering and innovation, there is can be ambiguity, leading to individuals being feeling overwhelmed under the expectation to succeed.
