It was a great place to work for a few years. If you are under the right department leader, ATI is a great place to work.

Cons

Several VPs and above, who have been fired or moved on, ran CXS into the ground. They did not have very much casino gaming experience, yet did not hesitate to micromanage everything. I went to HR to let them know I was being marginalized. The told me to wait it out and look for new roles in 2025. Just as I found a new team, new boss, new objectives, and felt good about everything…. I was laid off.

Lack of recognition for contributions and achievements. Promised promotions often don’t materialize—management tends to offer verbal assurances without follow-through. Compensation is way below industry standards Outdated and slow laptops
