Pros

Good benefits at the company. Quarterly bonuses and stock option plan.

Cons

No work life balance. If you are a good field service technician, management will take advantage and ride you to the ground. They seem to only care about their bottom line, trying to meet their metrics with the fewest personnel possible. Management does not seem to care about the individual, but only about getting the job done.

Aristocrat in general, and my team in particular, works on some great cutting-edge software technologies. It's a joy to show up to work everyday and solve problems on a varied tech stack with a group of kind and talented people.

Cons

Though advancement is certainly possible here,, the growth path isn't always clear.
