Gaming is a dynamic business

Cons

Watch out for this place. There are a lot of showboaters and politics is rife. They talk about core values, but that is all they do, they talk about core values instead of acting their core values. Lookout if you leave this company to go to a company they perceive as a competitor...they will make your life very very hard. On yeah, those recent positive reviews you've read they are being systematically written by a group of their "future leaders".

Pros

For the most part people are friendly. The company does a great job of providing extras that make the office a great place to be. Great benefits package. Lots of opportunities to get involved in the community.

Cons

Departments work in silos and don't communicate with each other. Management expects to receive the best from the employee without providing adequate training and support. Office politics are terrible and cause the company to lose good people.

Pros

Its a large company and the pace is similar to that of other large companies. Some good work done at good pace. Other work done is too fast and sloppy because of an external need.

Cons

Recruiting process is terrible. Months and months delays, phone tag, only to have positions changed. Recruiting was just a window into the operation. Opportunities that should have been there were filled with friends of the 'leaders'.
