Pros

The team overall is great and everyone works well together. Being able to work remotely is a huge benefit.

Cons

Arity Leadership recruits candidates that the company is a Tech company and with the premise that it is run as a separate entity from Allstate, which is an insurance company. Since Arity started there are signs that Allstate Executive Leadership is micromanaging how Arity is run. Salaries for all positions are not based on those of a tech company.
