Pros

- you don't have to remember anyones name because so many people at all levels get fired - ceo and his wife park in the handicapped spots to make more room in the parking lot for everyone else - 1 microwave for 200 people so everyone can get to know each other - lots of fresh gossip because of all the unethical behavior - most people are really nice and competent if they'd be allowed to do their jobs without micromanagement

Cons

John Garf is ignorant or he approves of this boys club

Pros

It was a great job 1st 3 years

Cons

In year three, Robert Avery the president is screws started coming off the hinges! The single worst leader of any company I've ever worked for!!! Fired people demoted people hired them back promoted them back he's an idiot! If not for him I would have stayed and I was one of the top reps in the country!

Pros

Free beverages from the drink fountain!

Cons

Their turnover is quite high and the structure is odd. The housewife of the CEO is over HR, Collections and the IT Departments - she has no experience, certificates or degrees and is a major reason for their inability to retain people, and everyone must pretend to like her. Since the beginning of the year they have let go many IT employees, some executives, team leads and quite a few account reps. Whenever there is drama or their policies are in question they just let people go because they don't know how to handle the issues or how to do mediation. They also lack culture, they talked about their cafe alot when I was hired, that's not culture or unique, most companies have one now - also it seems like anyone just walks behind the cafe counter into the kitchen, it's a very odd thing, Shady practices as well, they were giving out vouchers to their cafe to any employees that would go on Glassdoor and give a 5 star rating. Also, whenever a customer would call in for a due date change or any kind of request, they would do it and then ask the customer to go give a 5 star review on Google, almost like I'll do this for you if you do this for us.
