Worked whenever I wanted. Would often be allowed to go to to library to do school work in between tasks.

Cons

How much you like the job will depend completely on your supervisor. Worked here for 2 years, for a year and a half I loved my supervisor. For last 6 months, there was a new supervisor who removed basically all of the Pros.
