Pros

Networking, learning the interview and admissions processes for acceptance into MBA programs. Tremendously convenient to have your own space in the same building as my classes, especially when I have breaks in between classes because I can put in a couple of hours at working.

Cons

Not very good pay and as a student you are only allowed to work up to 20 hours a week.
