Pros

Scientist are first rate, they demand the best from their colleagues. Their work focuses on resolving todays world issues in collaboration with organizations from all over the world. Feeling of being part of something greater.

Cons

Management and politics play too big of a role. Short sided decision making. University budget is too fluid and is irrevocably linked to the state's budget.

Pros

ASU works well with your class schedule, as well as decent pay for the amount of work required by a student worker.

Cons

Co-Worker's and bosses can be prone to favoritisms, as well as hours given can be too little for what is needed.

Pros

If you find the agency that fits your interest and skills, it can be great training ground. I have had some very satisfying experiences, based on my personality and fit for the job.

Cons

Currently, the state is in deep financial trouble and is not a recommended place to work until the budget crisis is less critical
