      There are many smart as well as hard working people here around you, which can help you focus on your work. The professors here are nice and talented, it is a great pleasure to work with them.

      Some of the graduate courses are not well prepared, and the most work should be done via learning by oneself.

      Very friendly (depending on the department and staff), as well as very understanding that you are a student and that school work comes before your employment related work.

      Depending on the department and staff that you work with/for, you can be underutilized, as well as treated poorly, again, all dependent on the department you are in.
