      Flexible schedules, intelligent coworkers, intellectual freedom, self-governance. A strong community of individuals who are in their business in order to make a difference. Constant opportunities to learn and grow.

      Cons

      Rare, if ever, pay raises. Politics within a university structure are strong, and issues with tenured professors and long-time staff run deep; people get stuck in ruts, and defend them until the end.
