Pros

Work is what you make it. You're a grad student, so you can't expect to get paid a ton. Doesn't mean you have to like it, though

Cons

Being a grad student really sucks sometimes. One of those times is when you look at your paycheck. Luckily, Tempe is a cheap city.

Pros

University offered a lot of great benefits to employees and the vision of the President was very motivating.

Cons

Unfortunately, the business school was very isolated from the rest of the university energy and very political in how decisions were made. It was not a positive work environment.
