Pros

Opportunity to development professional business skills There are some positive people there

Cons

Attempted to be upheld as an example of a successful organization headed by female leadership. Instead the organization has fallen to women who encourage incivility to both male and female counterapart as they rise in seniority via threatening, humiliating, intimidating, verbal abuse and work interference and sabotage.

Pros

Excellent benefits, especially tuition waiver. Work itself is really rewarding. You feel like you are making a positive impact on the world. Certain departments are incredible to work for and have a great culture and environment.

Cons

Pay stinks. Lots of bureaucracy. Some departments are horrible to work for. ASU doesn't like to fire people, so awful people tend to stay and further bring down their department.
