      Pros

      It was a very flexible job and was able to choose hours that were in between my classes.

      Cons

      When minimum wage went up to $10 they kept us down to $8.05 and they frequently lost track of my hours. This resulted in many meetings with managers to get paid for hours hay worked that they said I didn't work. Extremely poorly ran.

      Pros

      Great benefits. Great work life balance. Good community and beautiful campus. In the fall and spring you and walk around campus run up A mountain. Coworkers are great and education benefits are great.

      Cons

      Bad management. If you are a staff member you do not have any rights or any say in anything. If your faculty supervisor leaves you may get a new boss that no one can work with. Your best bet is find another position in a different department or wait it out for a few years. Be aware that any complaints or concerns that are brought up to management only puts a target on your back.
