      Working for your university is ideal since they are more understand of your class schedule, and often, if you have extra time some supervisors actually encourage you to work on homework.

      Cons

      If you choose to produce big projects or conduct any kind of major research while working for a university be very cautious. Especially if you are a student your triumphs and awards will more than likely be attributed to the university.
