Accommodating work place with nice benefits

Pros

Great healthcare benefits, very accommodating with working remotely, boss has been very accommodating with vacation and sick time, boss legitimately sticks up for staff.

Cons

The time from applying to being hired was *very* long (over 6 months). Salary and benefits were non-negotiable during hiring process. Vacation time is locked at two weeks per year until the two-year work anniversary. Tech stack is locked in place with somewhat outdated customizations.

Pros

Stable job, decent benefits. Many great people to work with. The team I worked with before leaving were great people.

Cons

Salary ranges seem low. No growth potential. Only way to move up is to transfer positions within ASU and if you do, your pay increase is limited to 10% of your current salary. Also have to pay for parking out of your pay check.
