      Good pay once you get past entry level positions in management; strong network of locations to allow for transfer.

      Cons

      Don't care about their employees; will toss you aside after years of service without a second thought. Put incompetent people in position they are unqualified to succeed in.

      Work hard, play hard As a high-end restaurant operator (in several locations), they pay well and likely more than some of the competitors.

      Cons

      Company could invest more in some of the properties, some are aging and could use a renovation..
