Pros

Great health and other benefits. Pension plan at no cost to employee. Good work-life balance.

Cons

Some of the processes are a little behind the times. It is hard to learn and grow when supervisors and directors do not know how to train for lower-level positions. Pension plan is kind of held over your head as a reason for salaries being lower than other competitors.
