Have great product and engineering teams in full startup mode, working hard at building a valuable tool in the B to B procurement space. It’s fascinating to be working at a centerpiece of how businesses large and small operate globally. The culture, even with rapid growth this year, is inclusive, kind, and empowering. Healthy mix of remote first work with occasionally in-person get togethers.

Cons

Typical startup chaos with mini pivots and lack of process, but that’s what can also be exhilarating.
