Absolutely none. This is not the type of organization you want to be associated with.

Management does not share feedback or expectations of your job. I went through 4 interviews to finally get an offer for the position. After less than 2 weeks, I was let go. No constructive feedback given, no warnings provided. I suggest you stay away from this company, they will not look out for you at all.
