Supportive leadership: The leadership team is transparent, approachable, and genuinely invested in people’s growth. Strong engineering culture: There’s a solid focus on technical excellence, clean architecture, and thoughtful processes. Engineers are given the space to make meaningful decisions. Career growth: I'm new here but the kind of support I'm feeling I can already see opportunities for growth Collaborative environment: Cross-functional teams work well together, with a healthy respect between product, design, and engineering. Work-life balance: Expectations are reasonable, and flexibility is encouraged. There's a real effort to avoid burnout.

Occasionally, prioritization can shift quickly, which can be challenging for long-term planning.
