      Pros

      Wonderful place to work, great culture and amazing people. The company is successful and generous with the staff. Great to be part of a winning team. Also very flexible for staff with families.

      Cons

      Not many. The company is growing so prioritization is important as there is plenty to do.

      Pros

      I really appreciate the leadership at Arlo. The company really looks to develop their employees and regularly checks in to make sure that everyone has what they need to succeed in their role. There are lots of opportunities to learn and develop skills. As a remote employee, I have flexible work hours and the other benefits are also great.

      Cons

      Being a remote employee in a company with employees all around the world, of course can mean some late-night meetings which can impact work/ life balance. However, the company is flexible and understanding to accommodate so that you don't miss life's precious moments.
