Not much good to say.

Cons

Execs flip flop on decisions. Act like they know more than the subject matter experts. CEO over rides decision at the last minute. Read the Vizio reviews. same thing going on now.

Pros

Visibility, Salary, Flexibility (work from home, Summer Fridays), no micro management. Treated like an adult. If you're prepared to work hard and take responsibility, you will reap the rewards. If you're looking for boring work and leave every day at 4.30pm, you will be found out very quickly.

Cons

Still a start-up, process efficiencies need to be fine-tuned. Understaffed in many departments still, although this is improving.
