I have spent 2 months till now. My awesome journey is going on. Few pointers 1) Work life balance is good 2) No micro management. You are treated as responsible employees. No one will follow up every now and then. You have to finish your task in your own way in given time. 3) Every process is very transparent . 4) Pay is at per market standard based on your skill which depends on demand and supply. Working here is like win - win situation for everyone ( Employees and Employer)

Pros

Worked for 2+ years; I had great managers (probably other projects may have different managers/different opinion). Managers and HRs were responsive. Worked from Cork but remotely. Every month they had event in office to gather people together. Nice experience as international company working with US/Taiwan/Other offices

Cons

Because part of the team was in US, have 'late' meetings (5-6 pm). Office in Cork is not to big, and there a only a few engineers (now getting more and more), so sometimes my enquiries took more time than I expected/wanted.
