Arlo was a dream company to work for

Everything about working for Arlo was great. Fantastic and supportive management, HR department always available and organizing events so we all felt part of the company. Healthy and respectful environment. A dream company to work for. A part from a good salary and good conditions.

Cons

Unfortunately, at the start of 2020 due to the strategic partnership with Verisure, all employees part of the operations were transferred to this company. The situation in Verisure changed for completely having no support in this company, completely lack of leadership, no work/life balance due to the amount of extra hours, no HR department... no options to grow in this company even though some analyst were doing the managers and directors job.
