Pros

Company isn't too big, so you get to know lots of people and build your network with lots of people from different areas of the business. There's lots of stimulating work to keep you busy and constantly learning. There's a good focus on CSR activities, with regular volunteering events for employees at local charities. It's a great way to meet more people that you mightn't necessarily get to work with from day to day.

Cons

You need to have good boundaries in place to manage time zone differences between all the office locations. Once you figure out how to organise your availability and your schedule, it becomes more manageable. For me this is the price you pay to have the pleasure of working with colleagues in different parts of the world, which I really enjoy.
