Nice salary/benefits, Flexi working hours, work from home options, no-micro management, nice staff, can plan for long time stay. I’ve worked with Fortune 500 MNCs but comparatively culture is far better in ARLO. You can take ownership & you will get chance to drive your area.

Pros

Working at Arlo just over a year, really smart friendly people working here. Benefits are good and flexibility when required makes it a good place to work. You are working with hardworking committed people that are willing to help and want to make a difference. Atmosphere in office is friendly and casual with opportunities to work on emerging technologies in IOT.

Cons

Stock price is undervalued at present but has great potential.

Too many meetings and presentations/reports which occupies more than 50% of the time and left not enough time to do the real work
